The team at Indigo Envelope have been creating fine stationery, designing event materials, and crafting logos and brands since 2005. We are proud of the service we provide, and enjoy getting to know each client and collaborating with them to make their vision a reality.

We also offer a full array of creative services to other businesses, including customized catalogues for invitations, event materials including large format signage, and communications consulting. The service we provide is personal, not just “personalized,” so we accept a limited number of bookings. For wedding clients, it is wise to “save the date” on our calendar at least four or five months in advance, if not up to a year. (We already have clients booked for much of 2019 because of word-of-mouth referrals.) Because we work through each event in a collaborative process, totally original collections will take a little bit longer to develop than starting with an existing idea. It’s really nice to have a relaxed schedule that allows for creativity to blossom. We can go from start to finish in seven days, but it is much more creative for everyone if we have at least two or three weeks to work together on your ideas.

Whether you choose an existing concept, or start completely from scratch, we strive to help you create an experience for your guests. We look at what we do as creating “art for a day.” In addition to invitations, we can help you to create any branded favors, event details, and guest communications. We want to help you to create a spirit of joy and fun.

We can print ANYTHING on ANYTHING. In addition to creating digital, thermography, and letterpress printed invitations, we have also printed stage backdrops and even a banner that hung on an hot air balloon. We have vendors for laser cutting, foil stamping, and even glitter coating. Many of our clients appreciate the one-stop shopping experience we offer that allows us to pull all of the printed details together and create a cohesive experience. This saves our clients a lot of time and stress trying to source and price items. We have the network and knowledge of the best sources for executing many different types of projects. We do the work of price comparing and find the best cost for you as part of our service.

Generally, our clients spend $800 to $3,000 with us creating their events. Save-the-Dates start at $2 and Invitations range in price from $6-$16/a suite. When you are comparison shopping, you should consider the added value of having someone who knows you personally and who really cares about your event specifically. We strive for competitive pricing, but we offer a much greater service to our clients than competing online invitation sources where the options for customization and personal interaction are much more limited.
