Flat invitations are what we think of as more traditional invitations. They can be brightly colored and thematic, or more traditional and classic. As an added touch, many people opt to create a customized band wrap, which is a piece of paper, vellum, lace, or ribbon, that goes around the invitation to hold it together when pulled out of the envelope. These are typically are most budget friendly designs, and they are usually the least expensive kind of invitation to mail, unless you go over 6 inches in size on any side.
Invitation designs can be printed with letterpress, foil stamping, thermography, or digital press. You can choose from more than 300 colors of envelopes and paper.
